For a major player in the aeronautic industry, we are looking for an industrial buyer H/F, to carry out the following tasks :

• Participate in the development of the Purchasing strategy. 
• Analyze the purchasing needs of the company in collaboration with various stakeholders (ordering parties)
•  Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers, according to predefined criteria (quality, price, deadlines, payment terms…).
• Process/Validate purchase requests.
• Define the budget.
• Create and track contracts, ensuring that suppliers meet their commitments.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the supplier panel to ensure a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.
• Optimize purchasing processes by seeking productivity gains and implementing effective procurement strategies.
• Track supplier claims.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to stay informed of market developments and potential opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Profile: BAC +5, Engineering/University or Business School.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Mastery of negotiation and communication techniques.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand expressed needs and identify appropriate suppliers, in liaison with principal.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and regulations.
• Project management skills to coordinate the various stages of the purchasing process and meet tender deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments within the company.
• Organizational skills and rigor to ensure follow-up of contracts and commitments.
• Proficiency in IT tools and purchasing management software.
• Fluent in French and English.
